The whole process was all right by itself. I had a first interview with a recruiter where I was asked to introduce myself and my background and I had the opportunity to ask questions. I personally don't like the rule they have where you must go to office from Monday to Wednesday while you can work from home the other two days. It's very restrictive, especially in comparison with my current employer where I have the freedom to go to office and stay at home any time I need.
Then I was asked to create a small app which still took a few hours of work to make. I wrote a long comment when submitting it motivating many of my choices. However after some weeks, I was just rejected with a generic email.
I strongly don't appreciate when I take time to make assignments and I am given NO FEEDBACK in return whether my work was liked or not. It's a matter of respecting other people's time and work.
