Overall, it was a demoralizing meeting. The British technical interviewer even said that you downgraded in your last job. They did not give any information, even negative, after the job interview. The expectations in the job posting were not high, but during the interview they wanted me to have advanced knowledge of the latest DevOps technologies.

Eerst ging het snel. Dan twee beloftes gemaakt en niet nagekomen en volledige stilte. Dit vind ik zelf onaanvaardbaar en not done. Heb er uiteindelijk zelf veel tijd ingestoken. Advies: houd de kandidaten waar je gesprekken mee hebt op de hoogte. Uiteindelijk wordt er ook veel input van jullie gevraagd. Het lijkt me dan ook het minste wat je kan terug doen…
