Satayam BPO interview questions

The interview process is very unclear as the criteria for selection itself is very vague. We don't know the reason for shortlisting of multiple people and lot of deserving people who served as Temp SME and delivered results were not shortlisted and disqualified before the interview with reasons that did not make sense.
