There wasn't an interview to be a Crew Member. Just pass the fitness test and you go directly into a hiring pool and from what I have heard they just hire whoever is next on the list. There was an interview for Crew Leader though but it is a pass/fail. The position is awarded to whichever applicant passes and has the most seniority. I submitted my application directly to my Fire Protection Officer at the time. I can't recall if it was only posted internally or not.
