This interview experience really shows me the influential factors of woman and employer reference (of good position) in Sapiens.
The HR put me for written test for Aptitude and SQL along with a lady referred by an employee. The lady all of sudden called her friend in and told she cant do SQL test and started like she had that years of experience.
I was writing the test helpless and passed the test. Her friend talked to HR and took her out , and by the time i was done with test, i saw her coming out from F2F without attending the test. Moreover the guy who took F2F was talking with her friend. I got the scene , as where it was going.
I attended even the last round and did pretty well.
