Relatively easy. Two rounds, including an online and in person interview. Questions were relatively basic. Didn’t have to do a test as I have in other organisations. Both interviews were with senior members of staff.

What innovation can you see being the next big thing in marketing
It was a really easy process with only one interview for which I had to prepare a task and thats it. The HR team was also really helpful and replying in a timely manner.
