I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (London, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
I had my interview. The telephone interview was good, similar questions were asked in one to one interview. I was startled to see that they had the same questions in competency interview as they had on the vacancy where there was some video to enable us to know what role to choose for. So that made the questions and the responses quite know if you go through their video. I was interviewed for Hayes branch and it was really good, all you need to be is witty while answering all questions. Overall a very good experience of an interview with them. But not to forget, it takes them months to recruit a person that is annoying.
