I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Havertown, PA) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview process was easy. I was not asked anything I did not expect. First, I had a 15 phone interview with HR, followed by a one-on-one interview with the manager at the job location. He was satisfied and said he would hire me. Next, I had another interview with the District Executive - he said, I like to know exactly who is joining my team and make the final decision. We had a light conversation and he offered me the position.
I just did one interview, and I didn't get an offer, but it was easy. They asked me about my past experience. No technical assessments. A more in-depth conversation with a hiring manager focusing on the candidate's experience, skills, and fit for the role.
I had to wait like 30 min, and then the process was short. I did 15 min interview, and it was just a general question. So far, so good, but they need someone with experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Harrisburg, PA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Got a phone call regarding my availability and interest about a month after I applied. Found out this company pays awesome for bank tellers. $20 / hour minimum! I did a horrible job on the role plays in the interview and probably won't get the job, but I'll be trying to apply here again. In already a bank teller receiving only $16.50 / he elsewhere.
