Applied online. The interview process was fairly simple and straight forward. The recruiter who contacted initially was friendly and set me up for the phone interview with a senior level person, who went through some technical details regarding what I had given on my resume. Was contacted the same week to appear for the next round of interview which was in person at their office. Met with two senior level people at the interview who gave me a good overview of the company and went through my resume details and experience again, and explained to me what I would be doing in my role and how the office culture was, etc. All of them were very friendly.

All questions were pretty straightforward, such as talk about what you did in your previous work experience and how you contributed to your company's growth
beaucoup d'entretien et ensuite plus de nouvelle mais si classement sans suite du processus. Étonnant de devoir relancer la RH. Changement de RH au milieu du processus. Après plusieurs rappels on m'a enfin donné des nouvelles. Processus donc très painfull
Completo com perguntas gerais e específicas sendo necessário conhecer bastante sobre o banco e suas dinâmicas com o mercado, assim como também estar preparado para conectar suas habilidades com o que o banco precisa para crescer nos próximos anos e superar desafios
Short but organized processes. The people were very nice and helpful. Process had 3 rounds over zoom. There were behaviorals and technical questions, but it wasn’t too difficult. So it was very doable.
