It was face to face interview through recruitment agency on 8 Oct 2018 at 1:00 PM. I travel to milton keynes office from basingstoke. The person who was taking interview he was not there some one else came to take interview and 20 mins he was search meeting room which meeting room he was booked for interview. Finally he taken me to cafeteria and there were a room, he just started casual talk not a single technical question he asked and said me I am sorry I need to go for another meeting.
He seems to not willing to take interview. Just he was doing formalities as candidate came to Santander office. He was just trying to spend 15 to 20 mins with candidate.
It was really unfortunate experience with Santander Head office interview process. I travel 90 miles and taken one day off and spent money to travelling milton keynes.
