Santa Rosa Medical Center interview questions

I was contacted by email about three days after submitting my application. I had an in person interview a few days later and was offered the position at the end.

Interview process involves an initial interview with the director and then a peer interview with those whom you will be working closely with. I interviewed with the Director and gave him my education needs assessment and my plan and goals for the department should I be selected for the position. I then had a peer interview with other members of this department.
