      El proceso constó de tres etapas clave: 1. Tests psicotécnicos: Evaluaciones diseñadas para medir capacidades cognitivas como razonamiento lógico, comprensión verbal y agilidad mental bajo presión. Esta fase permitió identificar el potencial analítico y la capacidad de resolución de problemas. 2. Entrevista grupal: Los candidatos fuimos divididos en grupos de cinco personas y a cada grupo se le asignó un caso práctico distinto. El objetivo era resolverlo de manera colaborativa, demostrando habilidades como la comunicación, el pensamiento crítico, la organización del equipo y la toma de decisiones conjunta. 3. Entrevista individual: Se trató de una conversación en profundidad en la que el foco estuvo en el currículum personal.
