Process is drawn out with too many opinions when it should only come down to the hiring manager. Less people and faster decisions would be an improvement. Waiting for answers and scheduling extra interviews is a colossal waste of candidate’s time.

I had to interview with 5 levels of Human Resource before setting up an interview with the hiring manager. Around the 3rd level I decided this was not the environment I wanted to work in.
