Interview
The process consisted of a screening interview followed by three “technical” interviews. I'm using the air quotes since it wasn't particularly technical, rather walking through previous projects, the tech stack etc.
Especially the last one felt more like an informal chat than an actual interview.
It wasn't clear to me at which stage of the process I was, since the email invitations came through an automatic system.

Appel téléphonique pendant quelques minutes pour un petit peu échange si tout se passe bien tu rencontre avec le manager et entretien visio pendant 45 min avec la manager et le responsable RH et après retour par téléphone et finalement un refus
- Tout d'abord un entretien RH ou on vous explique clairement les missions du poste
- Un lien vous est envoyé afin d'effectuer un Test sur code signal
- Retour du RH
Single interview with director. 30 minutes, case based. Comprehensive in the nature of the case and challenging. However, single case gives narrow and no clear insight before interview on type of interview.
