I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sanofi
Interview
The interview was well organized. I had a phone screen followed by one on one meeting. Later on I met with several members of the team in person. Everyone was passionate about their role and finding the person best fit for the territory.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sanofi in Apr 2016
Interview
Phone screen followed by interview with hiring manager, another DM, and regional director. You must prepare well for behavioral interviewing. The interviews can be intense. The process was lengthy due to territory realignment so my case was a little unusual.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi
Interview
Started off with a phone screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager/other vaccine specialist and everything went well. After I moved forward in the process, I interviewed with two other district sales managers and they were very abrasive. The first thing I was told was that my “resume didn’t match the qualities they were looking for in this role” and that they were willing to listen to me defend myself. I was consistently interrupted and extremely apprehensive had I been chosen to move on.

There were a lot of the same questions phrased differently by all the interviewers I kept calmed, they offered water which helped with my dry mouth I was a little nervous but they made me feel welcomed and comfortable after the first 2 minutes.
