Disappointing Experience, I recently applied for a senior maintenance technician position, a multinational corporation I had high hopes for. Initially, the interview process seemed promising, and I was pleased when they asked for references. However, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse.After providing references, I was informed that I would be receiving an offer soon. I invested significant time preparing for the next steps, but then I was suddenly ghosted. I followed up multiple times with the HR department, only to receive no response. My application status in Workday changed unexpectedly from “Offer” to “Rejected” without any explanation.This lack of communication and professionalism from such a well-known company was incredibly disappointing. I expected more transparency and respect as a candidate, especially after being advanced so far in the hiring process.I hope this review helps others who are considering applying to the company .
