The process was very informal and quick. They seem to do about 2 rounds of interviews.
They had an HR representative, Line manger and a Snr dev in the room. Allowed me to quickly tell them more about myself and where I've been before going on and probing a bit more about my experience. Then the technical questions started which was not too bad

Initial call with hr, followed by an open ended take home assessment, like bank withdrawal flow. Then after that you will do deep dives regarding you solution. Final round involves Sanlam leaderships principles.

Painless, quite involved. A little difficult as it was a panel of people. Both technical and non technical. Some behavioural and analysis questions. Some mathematical questions too. Otherwise the people were friendly and patient.
