Sandler Partners interview questions

Oh, ew. I interviewed at this place in the summer of 2013. The office was really small and actually, despite being in Hermosa Beach, had a very "patched together" kind of feel to it - like an office that was located on someone's boat or something. The guy interviewing me was very smug and I felt vaguely like I was being made fun of when talking with him. At the end of the interview, he gave me an unannounced quiz that I'm almost certain had questions that had nothing to do with the role - a very strange test that seemed like they were trying to hire only "brains" - i.e. the questions were the terrible types of non-straightforward questions that only people who were the type to have taken AP classes in high school would have been able to answer.
