Interviewer shows up late, leaves early and no respect for my time or answers. Clearly reading off a script of predefined questions. Absolutely unprofessional. Recruiter was also not helpful in preparation for calls.
The interview process went: Intro, aptitude test, case study, leadership conversation. The leadership conversation consisted of 2 short interviews. Everyone was amazing to talk to, which made me even more excited about the opportunity to join.
Intro call, role/behavioral fit, case study, values fit interview. People were great and really vibed with the team. Questions really had you think and reflect on who you are as a person and if you fit the organizational culture.
