The company didn’t respect the candidate at all! I was called out to have a second interview for the captioned post as I’m their second choice after the original candidate is resigned. During the meeting , everything is going smooth and they decided to proceed the approval for getting offer. However , I was told that the post is actually in urgent for recruitment and would like to have an internal transfer for this post, they ask me whether I’m interested in taking up the receptionist role!!!! It’s absolutely absurd!!! Firstly, How dare you would still call out the candidate to attend the interview right start from the beginning? They are wasting time and do not respect me !!! Also, it is an selfish and indecisive decision made by the company. Their decision often change from time to time If you decide to have internal transfer, you shouldn’t continue the interview at the beginning!!!! Anyway, think carefully whether you want to work in this selfish, disrespectful company. At a moment they said that they want you to work as a family in a sincere face, then next moment their way of handling things show how they actually are , completely disrespectful!
