There are 3 rounds of interview. 1st round is with headhunter. They checked the background and personal interests. 2nd round was a phone interview with the line manager. The interviewer was nice. Most questions were about previous experience. He checked the major responsiblity one by one, very detail. 3rd round was conducted by line manager and HR. They most reviewed all positions mentioned in CV and paid attention on the way of handling retails. Also they briefed the culture of their company, sounds they didn't like their culture very much.
