I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at San Tan Behavioral Health (Chandler, AZ) in Oct 2017
Interview
My interview was more like a conversation, which I enjoyed. There were three on the interview panel, one program manager from each program. Each of them introduce themselves and described the program and what it consisted of. Then they asked me a few basic questions. This was followed by one of them asking me which program I believed I would do best in.

Question 1
Lots of situational awareness questions. This question is paraphrased.
"Many of our Clients experience behavioral issues...tell us about a time when you handled a situation in which a Client was acting aggressively or going through a difficult time."
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at San Tan Behavioral Health
Interview
The interview is with two people, the director and his manager. First, they explained the position in great detail. It was more of a chauffeur position, not a true behavioral health technician. The position is just driving the children around to various activities/lunch. Then, they gave you scenarios involving children to see how you would respond. I suggest thinking about this ahead of time. For example, how would you react if you were in the drivers seat driving and the children broke into a fight in the backseat? Finally, they asked you over and over if you had any questions for them.
