Interview
Panel interview consisting of an employee, an HR representative and a manager. Everybody was friendly and there were no tricks questions or gimmicks. They seemed to genuinely want to find someone who could do the job and not be a disturbance in the office.

Interview
The application process seems to be automated except at the end there is questions you need to answer regarding your experience. If they feel like you can be a good match then you will have to take a Civil Service Test. If you end up passing that you get a Panel interview. They ask about your background and how it relates to the position. Very straight forward.
