I applied online. I interviewed at San Antonio Current
Interview
The interview process was sloppy and uncomfortable. They called out of blue; I did not receive any notification after I sent in my application that was being considered for the position. I answer the call, and the interviewer began asking me questions, such as "tell me about yourself". I answer the questions, and then she stops me after about 15 minutes to inform me that this is my first interview.
From there, she spoke badly of other applicants, and then I felt she made fun of me for one of my answers describing my applicable experience. She laughingly said something like "so you don't have experience in B2B sales". That didn't seem very respectful to me, and odd seeing that she did receive my resume and decided to contact me.
We approached the end of the interview, and I was told she was passing on my information to the publisher. I never heard back.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at San Antonio Current (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2011
Interview
The publisher was extremely considerate and thoughtful. They were hiring me internally, but he didn't take me at face value. He checked me out, but gave me a chance to express myself.

Interview
Great Interview, asked very pertinent questions. Had a phone interview first then was asked to fill out a questionnaire with more personality type questions, then was asked to have a final interview. Very informal, basically to see if I was a good fit for the job.
