Interview
I went in for multiple interviews. Each time, the recruiter was late coming to get me from lobby. The questions from the interview panel were canned and awkward. Everything seemed disjointed, which should have been a red flag for what it was going to be like. Also, they tried to be as open as possible about the environment.
Formal structure: HR screening, 45 minute hiring manager interview with mix of behavioral qs and background walk through, next round was what they call a panel interview but is really a series of 1:1 interviews with cross-functional partners of the role, then final in person round with hiring manager again plus office tour

8 rounds of interviews and then reference checks across 4 months. Met whole team across different levels. Very slow after why stage and dragged it out. The interviews went well and was asked regular questions.
