Easy phone interview. I applied online, and then a recruiter called me to ask couple questions and availability and then I got a call from a manager at Samsung. Only a couple questions were asked, Whole phone interview took 6/7 minutes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Samsung Electronics (Kraków) in Nov 2014

about 2 hours technical interview. and only 5 minutes HR interview. rather dissapointing comparing to other companies. really short HR discussion about team-working only. technical questions more specific. they invited me for a interview inside their company after one month waiting. and then really long time waiting for the results. questions divided into 4 fields: mobile, networks, programming & testing. Mobile: everything about GSM, UTMS, LTE, modulation, bandwidth, multiple acces. Network: basic routing protocols, switching, ports, TCP/IP, adressation. Programming: python & C++ basics and what do you know about testing.
