The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen, then a manager phone screen, followed by an 4 person interview loop. The final interview was with a VP. Each of the interviews were behavioral based interview questions focused on different skills or competencies.

This was a very quick interview process. I spoke with the VP and then had a f/u with a peer director. The onsite virtual interview loop consisted of 3 interviews with 3 different VPs which were about 45 minutes in length. I received an offer the very next day. I was in process with 2 other companies and withdrew from consideration after my 8th and 9th interviews. Samsara definitely impressed me with the speed and brevity of the interview process. Bravo!!!
