Interviewed 3 times with this company and then politely declined to continue in the process. Received no acknowledgment whatsoever, no communication, no follow up. One interviewer gave no introduction whatsoever and then went straight into CBI approach - not at any point had this been flagged as an approach and it felt like he was trying to trip me up. Arrogant, lack of humility and terrible follow up = really poor candidate experience. Disinterested interviewer, kept getting out of his seat to get stuff from other parts of his room. Overall, really poor for an aspiring, growing company.
