I accepted the offer but this was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. Mostly because most the interviewers just didn't act like they cared.
I almost left one of the interviews in tears because of how unprofessional the interviewer was being. Almost walked out because I didn't feel respected.
I later learned that they were hiring like crazy and engineers were doing many interviews a week. So it is very understandable that they would feel overwhelmed, I could tell. I knew people that worked there and they said so many good things, so I joined, and I'm glad I did, but their interview loop definitely needs improving. Good thing they are on hiring freeze.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1 phone screen, then 1 onsite with product demo, debugging, systems design, HM interview, another coding. LC medium on the tricky side
First a HR call - goes into project details, what you're looking for, etc
Got connected to a Hiring Manager for a project deep dive + TPS round within the hour. TPS question not too difficult - not leetcode.
live coding session, create a md to html translator. It was all live with unique requirements making it more difficult than I expected using regex. The interviewer was not personable and it was a very uncomfortable experience
I made it to the technical screen and didn't proceed further. Recruiter call was the usual experience dive, comp discussion, and why you are looking for a job. The technical screen was a string parsing question.
