The interview with HR was clear and smooth, and easy to have. I was informed that the onboarding will be 3 or 4 interviews, with different managers. What happened next is unbelievable; they can do something for someone who is looking for an opportunity and just play with their time. They scheduled a meeting and agreed on a time with the Team Lead or Manager, not sure which. But, on the first meeting, got ghosted; I never showed up. HR sent me an apology email and rescheduled one more time, with the same manager, two days later. But guess what? Ghosted one more time. Later, I received an email, after sending mine, asking what the situation was. They replied, saying that the "manager" considered I was not good enough for the position. Let's talk about professionalism and who is wrong in their position.
