Interview
Both interviews took place in the food court. - awkward. Two different managers asked me questions they both said they were embarrassed to ask. The second manager trashed Walmart where he used to work. One bumbling manager strolled by during first mgr interview interrupted us and told her that a reference had called her back on someone that was coming in for an interview the following day...said all was good showing a thumbs up but couldn't remember the applicants name the reference was calling in on.

Name a time when you were in a difficult situation and how you handled it.
Received email with time slot for in person interview. Easy interview. Only cared about availability. Very little was discussed during our time together. Available days the main focus of interview. Slightly Frustrating because application already had completed list of availability. No
Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
