It was nice and easy. They just wanted people with open availability. They mainly wanted availability for the weekends being that it is a grocery store. They also wanted you to be able to work at a fast pace. The job can be a little hectic sometimes.

very slow and poor management never working at a place like this again. Expected you to do a lot with the little amount of time you were given. I felt like I was overworked almost everyday.
