You complete 3 interviews over 3 weeks by a team leader a manager and general manager answering a series a questions related to retail scenarios and your previous experience determines pay on top of starting pay. Followed by a background check and drug test.

Managers were friendly, associates were friendly as well, interview had a low wait time, process was quick and painless. Was introduced to other managers, given a quick tour, shown the process of how certain areas worked on the sales floor.
