Interview
You will have three interviews, in order to receive the position. Your last interview is usually with the club manager. Don't worry, the first interview is usually with someone that just started their job and their learning how to interview. The second interview is typically with the team lead that is over whatever position you're interviewing for. They'll show you what it's like to have the job. If you're still interested, then they will get you that third interview.

Interview
I got a call back a day after I had applied to come in for an interview the next afternoon. Interview was very laid-back, informal, and lasted around 30 minutes. I felt pretty confident after it was over. Never heard back from anyone again, though, and it's been about a month since the interview took place. Safe to say that I didn't get the job, although a call or an email to me saying yes or no would have been ideal.

Interview
I applied in person. The store was hiring for multiple positions. I was interviewed the same day I applied and was interviewed by multiple store managers. I was approved by the majority and was given a training schedule that same day.
