Interview
The interview process is around three steps. First you meet with the recruiter for a screening interview and review the position, then meet with company leadership, then meet with the client. The last two are panel style with at least three individuals but in a virtual environment.

I had a virtual first interview with recruiter and manager on Teams. It was straightforward and pretty brief but friendly conversational. Communication with the recruiter beforehand was great but I never heard back after initial interview. Lots of situational questions.

Interview
It is a very cumbersome and insanely difficult company to deal with. There were 5 people on the interview panel, and the questions were not related to the position that I had applied for.
