Went on a total of 3 interviews. The first two were in person and the last one was a half-day working interview. I followed up twice regarding the final interview. I wish that I would have gotten the same respect I gave them as far as communication. If someone doesn't get the position after a three-step interview process, please let them know. It's all about respect.
