It was one on one with the hiring manager. The interview was set up by HR. There are 3-4 rounds total. The first interview was with the hiring manager. Second interview was with the team. Third and fourth were with managers from different departments that they are working with.

Interview
First interview with HR then with Hiring Manager. The first interaction was very productive and friendly. I actually recognize her feedback to me as highly valuable. The second interview , it was awkward and almost like the hiring manager didn't know why he was interviewing me. It felt like I was wasting his time and he questioned my reason of me applying in the first place. I would recommend that the hiring manager filter their candidates better before interviewing a person. It would save time for both parties.
