One interview with Director and member. Students were also present to add questions and commentary. Director asked about experiences and past events that were designed. Overall, it was friendly and conversational.

Relationships with Students and how to best relate to them.

Interview
The process started with a phone screen, followed by a Zoom interview, and finally an in-person visit to campus. The job and office (Meelia Center) all sounded like a great match for me. The students seemed great. Ultimately, I found that my values didn't align with the institution's. All's well, I was not given an offer, but I found the entire experience to be a positive one. They selected a candidate with more experience (I was told that this role is considered entry level, so this was confusing, but oh well). When I visited campus, I met with someone from HR. Without being asked, they were very forthcoming about their salary ceiling. My best advice for interviewing here is to really consider if your values align with the Catholic Benedictine values, and whether your politics match their conservative views. Most staff and faculty are alumni and Catholic. They were very nice about this though.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us what interests you about working at the Meelia Center at Saint Anselm College? Tell us about your leadership and community engagement philosophy and give us an example of how you live that philosophy out in your work? Give us an example of equitable and inclusive practices from your past experiences. Many others related to the job. There were also questions related to the Benedictine hallmarks/values.

Interview
Asked standard questions was predictable if prepared. I would say this is how it is regardless of position at the college for students looking to intern. The departments typically just want to get to know you!
