Interview
I applied online, and answered a few multiple choice questions, fairly straight forward, got offered an inter view via email and txt, have to call a no they provide to book an interview, went in for an interview in store, got showed everything and given the shop tour, got offered the job next three days, had my induction in one whole day. For the interview they ask about what you understand about the position applying for and also they ask you about your previous experience based on certain scenarios.

What do you understand about the job you are applying for?
Easy, walked in and was taken to the interview room. Asked a series of questions, mostly about prior experience and if you didn't have any they asked about what you had done at school that taught you the skills. Quite laid back and was done in less that 30 mins.

Very easy, got offered the job on the spot. Was more like a chat. I was made to feel at ease. I was asked a few questions and then spoke about my availability.

very easy laid back interview. only took about 15 minutes despite it being a 30 minute interview. Got a call a couple hours later offering me the job which i then accepted.
