I waited in the staff lunchroom area and was then called into a spacious room by a male manager. The interview was incredibly informal. The interviewee read from a script for 80% of the interview, just describing the role and some rules and information here and there, then around 3-4 questions were asked at the end from which only a few lines were noted. I was allowed to ask a question at the end and let out. It was over with quite quickly.

This position at Sainsbury’s had a very easy interview process? Not many personal questions, just if you have to physical ability to perform the job and if you are available at the unsocial working hours of the position
