Very informal and usual questions asked. They asked nothing that was especially hard to answer or was particularly searching. It as obvious that if you do a lot of prior research into the company you are pretty much home and dry. Having said that I did have former retail HR experience so my profile fitted quite well.

3 stage process and interview at different times in the process. Different managers interviewed each stage. Also had to present cases and give live examples of what I had done previously
