One of the worst experiences in my life. There was no one that I spoke to that had any inkling of knowing what they were talking about. Everyone was extremely dismissive and had a lackluster attitude towards things. I would avoid at all cost!

I talked with a woman in HR for about 30 minutes. The conversation was very high level and did not do a good job of covering qualifications, fit for role, or anything of that sort. I was told that I would be contacted "tomorrow morning" about next steps. The next afternoon, I sent an email to that woman asking for a followup. Two days after that, I was told that they were not moving forward with me. I immediately asked if there was any sort of feedback. There had been five job openings I was considering with SailPoint. I was trying to gauge whether they thought I wasn't a fit for the company or just the role. ie, should I apply to something else. It has been five days with no reply. The HR contact single handedly turned me off of the entire company.
