Sail Internet interview questions

One phone screen and three remote interviews before a verbal offer was made. Three interviews were wonderful conversations with technical and behavioral questions asked. The leadership team is committed to growth and they seem like great people to work with. Recruiter was not transparent about salary. I shared current salary as a base line since she approached me with out a job description. I asked for salary range and I was told DOE. I was offered 2k more than my current salary and was told that offer maxed out their budget. She told me she doesn’t get into bidding wars with candidates, so I declined the offer immediately. I don’t want to work for a company that doesn’t value my time, transparency or my experience.
