I had a positive initial interview with a team member who was warm, thoughtful, and clearly cared about the work. The conversation gave me a strong impression of Sage’s culture and mission. I was told there would be two more rounds of interviews, but after that first call, I never heard back, even after several weeks. No update, no closure, not even a rejection email. It was disappointing, especially given how much time and effort I put into preparing. I understand priorities shift, but it would’ve meant a lot to receive some kind of follow-up.
