      Support Specialist Interview

      Oct 26, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sage

      Interview

Applied online, received an email back scheduling a phone interview. Phone interview went well (interviewed with someone in the UK office), proceeded to give me a 'technical test'. I would say once I had completed the technical test the process was so delayed and unnecessarily long. SO many of the managers were on 'holiday' and decisions weren't made until they were back which in turn was a waiting game. After a phone interview, a technical test, a video interview and an in person interview, all in all the process took just over 2 months. I was interviewed by two Managers in the Austin location and I would say it was the most unprofessional interview I have had. I could tell they were running through the motions and they didn't seem to take anything in the interview seriously. Was not offered the job, I would consider everything a good experience minus the in-person interview.
