There were 3 rounds, the first was telephonic round, 2 nd was face to face and the third was technical round. In the telephonic round i was interviewed by a recruiter who after assessing my verbal skills and IT knowledge fixed an in person interview. in the in person interview i was interviewed by a panel of the HR manager and and the partner of the company. third round was the written test involving objective type question for testing Technical Basic Knowledge about various IT Technologies, which was very easy for me being an engineering graduate and a software developer. i was then asked to wait for 15 minutes and was asked to report the next day it self as i was also available to start the next day.
