Interview
I was interviewed by the Supervisor and Operations Manager. They were very friendly and non intimidating, felt very at ease. The interview was relatively easy and just asked about experience that related to the job, as well as what was stated on your resume. They are a small company so you did get to meet the people you would be working with, which was about 2 others besides the Supervisor and Operations Manager. They tour you around their lab and you get to inquire about any of their instruments.
