I have applied to Safari Childcare a few times. Once in person, I brought my resume. Once online through there website. A few times through email or responding to a job ad. Years ago I had a group interview and did not get the job. A few times I hear nothing. I did once have a one on one interview in person. Another time out of of the blue I got a call and they said we have your resume on file. They ask if I was interested in a position I said yes they said I will speak with my supervisor I heard nothing on that. Recently I applied for a job and hr said I be a good fit. They set up an interview. I sent in my resume, transcripts, and certifications (Even thought I sent it to them in the past.) They said I did not meat the requirements. (Even thought they first said I was a goo fit and called the interview.) I saw a similar position again and applied. I got a call to call them back if I was interested I will call in the morning Each time its a different HR person. I did hear they go through HR like water. There main/HR office looks like they just moved in or they are moving out. Even thought they been there for years. Only reason I am interested is they pay well and got good benefits Is this company really this messed up? I am not trying to throw them under the bridge just trying to see whats going on. I see they have district managers but I did not know they were are that big of a company. Not sure if I posted in the right forum. Please let me know if I did not.
