Standard 3 step interview process. introductory meeting with recruiter, secondary with Director and possible third with direct supervisor. all steps staff was communicating clearly and pretty flexible with scheduling. all three interviews took about a month to complete, due to scheduling conflicts on their end. Staff continued to be caring and there is a sense of purpose and drive in speaking with them.
