SWBC Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Disappointing process all around. I initially applied for a position with their Swivel division, after two interviews it was mutually determined that role wasn't a good fit, they however asked me to consider another position with the company to which I agreed. I had two more interviews, all technical and all essentially the exact same interview, they're all reading from an interview questions script, outdated questions. Even though I continued to get great feedback, at that point I knew their questions by heart lol! They wound up completely ghosting me. Any company willing to ghost a candidate after 4 hours of interviews, without even a follow up message doesn't deserve great engineers. If they should a complete lack of respect for people in the hiring process, they won't be a quality company to work for.
